Sarah is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) who offers a kind, warm and compassionate space for all who find themselves in her presence. She loves being able to connect with others, hear and honor their stories, and help hold areas in life that feel too heavy for individuals to hold themselves.

Sarah has experience working with individuals (adults and adolescents) dealing with grief, anxiety, sexual abuse, phase of life struggles, communication issues, PTSD and complex trauma.

Sarah has worked with those in ministry, both state side and overseas, to overcome specific challenges they face in their field. She has most recently worked with military and first responders in the Twin Cities Metro Area utilizing equine-assisted therapy. Sarah is also trained in EMDR therapy in which she loves getting to use a hands-on, evidence based approach to helping those with trauma.

In her free time, Sarah loves face-timing with her nieces and nephews, exploring new countries with her husband, spending time around a campfire, and listening to reggae music.
